Summer is well and truely here. Christmas and New Years have come and gone and the temperatures are heating up.
Keep hydrated this summer and make sure you drinkl enough water. I drink a litre of water when I wake up in the morning. This is a great start to the day for everyone. Follow this with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and you will always be hydrated. Don't think that you will get enough water just through your food. This is a huge mistake and can lead to dehydration and feeling tired.
